Roasted Garlic with Rosemary
Preheat over to 400 degrees.
Peel away the outer layers of the garlic head skin. Leave only the skin of the actual cloves intact, so as not to break apart the head. Cut 1/4 to 1/2 of the top of the garlic head, exposing the individual cloves.
Begin to wrap up each head in its own piece of tin foil. Before completely wrapping each head, drizzle 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil over each clove, coating completely. Place 1/2 stalk of rosemary on each oil-soaked head before wrapping completely in tin foil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees, or until the cloves feel soft when pressed.
Allow to cool. Use a small knife and cocktail forks to enjoy.
