Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced

1 lime, juiced

2 ripe avocados

1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

1/2 small yellow skinned onion,

finely chopped

1 teaspoon coarse salt

2 teaspoons whole milk

Garlic-y Guacamole

Cut avocados in half around the pit. Separate the halves. Pop out pit with spoon, then scoop flesh of avocados into a bowl.

Squeeze the juice of a lime over the avocados. Squeeze the juice with the lime halves facing cut-side up, allowing the juice to spill down over the sides of the lime into the bowl. This method keeps the seeds in the lime and out of the guacamole. Taste the guacamole before adding the whole lime. Do not overdo it.

Add garlic, jalapeño, onion and coarse salt to the bowl. Mash and mix the ingredients into a chunky dip using a fork. Mix in the 2 teaspoons of whole milk, and mash once more.

Serve and enjoy with blue corn tortilla chips.
